Counter-Notification

If you believe that your material has been removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send us a written counter-notification including:

  1. Identification of the material removed or disabled and its location before removal.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the DMCA complaint.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content unless the copyright owner files a court action within 10 business days.
